Steel fiber production line
Spajić® manufactures a complete range of industrial equipment, including steel fiber production machines, shot production systems, dust extraction units, pneumatic transport systems, and fiber dispersion equipment. Cut wire shot production line
Spajić® provides complete production lines for steel shot manufacturing in addition to individual steel shot solutions. These systems are engineered for high productivity, cost efficiency, and consistent output quality.
The machines support processing of steel wire and, on request, selected non-metal materials. They are compatible with various raw material formats, including wooden and metal reels, wire spools, and other standard packaging types.
We offer two machine configurations based on output diameter:
- 0.3–1.2 mm steel shot production
- 1.2–2.5 mm steel shot production
Both configurations can be supplemented with additional auxiliary equipment.
Fiber dosing (blowing) machine
Spajić® also produces dosing (blowing) machines for steel fiber application in concrete production.
These machines are used during the mixing process to ensure uniform distribution of steel fibers. The system separates fibers and transports them through a pneumatic piping system to truck-mounted or stationary mixers, preventing clumping and the formation of fiber agglomerates that can negatively affect concrete performance.
Controlled dosing ensures consistent fiber distribution within the concrete mix, improving structural uniformity and material performance.
