Cut wire shot production line
Besides steel shot, Spajić® can also offer you a complete production line for its manufacture. The steel shot production line is characterized by high productivity and cost-effectiveness, enabling fast, reliable, and high-quality production of steel shot. Additionally, these machines allow for the cutting of various types of materials, such as steel and, upon request, various non-metals.
The machines also utilize different raw material packaging options, such as small and large wooden or metal reels, wire spools, and more.
Depending on the type of shot being produced, we offer two types of machines: one for producing shot with diameters ranging from 0.3 to 1.2 mm and another for diameters ranging from 1.2 to 2.5 mm, along with additional equipment.
Fiber dosing (blowing) machine
In addition to manufacturing machines for producing steel fibers, Spajić® also produces machines for dosing (blowing) steel fibers.
These machines are used during the application of steel fibers—specifically, during the mixing of fibers into concrete. The steel fiber dosing (blowing) machine is used to disperse the steel fibers and prevent clumping. The separated fibers are delivered to concrete mixers, whether truck-mounted or stationary mixers, through a piping system. This separation prevents the formation of fiber balls (clumps) in the concrete, as such clumps can create weak points. With proper dosing of steel fibers using our machine, you ensure the strength and safety of your concrete surface. Another purpose of this machine is to provide the appropriate distribution of fibers in the concrete before pouring.
