By cutting the wire to the length equal to the diameter of the wire, cylindrical cut wire abrasives are produced. By rounding cylindrical abrasives, conditioned cut wire abrasives are produced. We can distinguish three types of conditioned abrasives based on the degree of rounding G1, G2 and G3 type. Based on the type of industry and surface treatment application, the type of cut wire abrasives is determined (cylindrical or conditioned), material that the abrasives are made from as well as their hardness.
